New Mexico Constitutional Amendment 3 (2002)
New Mexico's Constitutional Amendment 3 is a legislatively referred constitutional amendment that proposes to repeal Section 25 of Article 6, which mandates eight judicial districts in the state and the counties to be included in each district. Currently there are 13 judicial districts in the state.
Status
The measure passed with yes votes of 69.0% in 2002.
