The New Mexico Proposed Amendment, Annual Legislative Sessions, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 2, was on the 1960 ballot in New Mexico as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The proposed measure would have allowed for a constitutional amendment addressing the annual legislative session.[1]
