The New Mexico Proposed Amendment, Annual Legislative Sessions, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 2, was on the 1964 ballot in New Mexico as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The proposed measure allowed for a constitutional amendment addressing the annual legislative sessions.[1]
