The New Mexico Proposed Amendment, Call of Special Session by Legislature, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 1, was on the 1948 ballot in New Mexico as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The proposed measure allowed for a constitutional amendment addressing the call of special sessions by the legislature.[1]
