The New Mexico Proposed Amendment, Change Names of Certain State Institutions, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 7, was on the 1960 ballot in New Mexico as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The proposed measure allowed for a constitutional amendment that changed the names of certain state institutions.[1]
