The New Mexico Proposed Amendment, Confirming State Institutions, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 4, was on the 1960 ballot in New Mexico as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The proposed measure allowed for a constitutional amendment addressing the confirmation of state institutions.[1]
