The New Mexico Proposed Amendment, Elimination of Split Sessions, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 1, was on the 1946 ballot in New Mexico as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The proposed measure allowed for a constitutional amendment addressing legislative split sessions.[1]
