The New Mexico Proposed Amendment, H-Class County Charter, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 4, was on the 1964 ballot in New Mexico as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The proposed measure allowed for a constitutional amendment that created h-class county charters.[1]
