The New Mexico Proposed Amendment, Municipal Bonds, Special Elections, Nonresident Voting, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 7, was on the 1964 ballot in New Mexico as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The proposed measure allowed for a constitutional amendment that addressed municipal bonds, special elections and nonresident voting.[1]
