The New Mexico Proposed Amendment, New Mexico Educational Institutions Board, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 6, was on the 1942 ballot in New Mexico as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The proposed amendment would have allowed for a constitutional amendment addressing the educational institutions board of New Mexico.[1]
