The New Mexico Proposed Amendment, Property Tax Exemptions, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 2, was on the 1946 ballot in New Mexico as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The proposed measure allowed for a constitutional amendment addressing property tax exemptions.[1]
