The New Mexico Proposed Amendment, Right to Work, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 3, was on the 1948 ballot in New Mexico as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The proposed measure would have allowed for a constitutional amendment that addressed the right to work.[1]
