The New Mexico Proposed Amendment, School Bond Issues, Remodeling and Additions, also known as Bond Issue No. 1, was on the 1964 ballot in New Mexico as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The proposed measure allowed for bonds to be issued for the remodeling and additions of schools.[1]
