The New Mexico Proposed Amendment 1, Qualification for Holding Office, also known as Constituional Amendment No. 1, was on the 1912 ballot in New Mexico as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The proposition allowed for a constitutional amendment that addressed qualifications for holding office.[1]
