The New Mexico Proposed Amendment 13, Land Grand Permanent Funds, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 13, was on the 1994 ballot in New Mexico as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The proposition would have allowed for a constitutional amendment that addressed the land grant permanent funds.[1]
