The New Mexico Proposed Amendment 14, Legislative Per Diem, also known as Cconstitutional Amendment No. 14, was on the 1994 ballot in New Mexico as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The proposition would have allowed for a constitutional amendment addressing the per diem of state legislators.[1]
