The New Mexico Proposed Amendment 3, Two-year Terms for Executive Officers, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 3, was on the 1914 ballot in New Mexico as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The proposition allowed for a constitutional amendment that established two-year terms for state executive officers.[1]
