The New Mexico Proposed Amendment 4, Rename of the Highway Commission, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 4, was on the 1994 ballot in New Mexico as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The proposition would have allowed for the renaming of the highway commission.[1]
