The New Mexico Proposed Amendment 5, County Bonds, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 5, was on the 1994 ballot in New Mexico as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The proposition would have allowed for constitutional changes regarding county bonds.[1]
