The New Mexico Proposed Amendment 7, Renaming the State Hospital, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 7, was on the 1994 ballot in New Mexico as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The proposition would have allowed for the renaming of state hospitals.[1]
