The New Mexico Proposed Amendment 9, Anti-donation, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 9, was on the 1994 ballot in New Mexico as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The proposition allowed for a constitutional amendment that addressed public support of economic development.[1]
