The New Mexico Referendum: Term and Age Limitations of County Officers, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 7, was on the ballot in New Mexico on November 6, 1973, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The referendum would have removed term limits and added an age limitation for county officers.[1]
