A New Philadelphia City School District Property Tax Levy Renewal question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Tuscarawas County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.
This question authorized the New Philadelphia City School DIstrict to renew a property tax levy of up to 0.8 mills ($0.8 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund the permanent improvements to the District.[1]

“ | A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the New Philadelphia City School District for the purpose of general permanent improvements at a rate not exceeding 0.8 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.08 for each one hundred dollars in valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2013, first due in calendar year 2014.
