The 14th Congressional District of New York held an election for the U.S. House of Representatives on November 4, 2014. Incumbent Rep. Joseph Crowley (D) defeated Elizabeth Perri (Conservative) in the general election.

Voter registration: To vote in the federal primary, voters had to register by May 30, 2014. To vote in the state primary, voters had to register by August 15, 2014.[6]

Incumbent: Heading into the election the incumbent was Joseph Crowley (D), who was first elected in 1998.
As of the 2010 redistricting cycle, New York's 14th Congressional District was located in the southeastern portion of the state and included parts of Bronx County and Queens County.[7]

On November 6, 2012, Joseph Crowley (D) won re-election to the United States House. He ran in the 14th District due to redistricting in 2011. He defeated William Gibbons Jr. in the general election.
