The New York Absentee Voting Privilege, Amendment 2, also known as Proposed Amendment No. 2, was on the ballot in New York on November 5, 1929, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This amendment was related to the absentee voting privilege of inmates of veterans' bureau hospitals.[1]
