The New York Amendment Number Three: Public Corporations, also known as Proposed Amendment No. 3, was on the ballot in New York on November 6, 1973, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The referendum expanded the authority of the Legislature to loan state money to a public corporation.[1]
