The New York Constitutional Convention, Amendment 1, also known as Proposed Amendment No. 1, was on the ballot in New York on November 3, 1936, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This amendment called for a constitutional convention to amend the state Constitution.[1]
