The New York Construction of Ski Trails, Amendment 4, also known as Proposed Amendment No. 4, was on the ballot in New York on November 4, 1941, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This amendment permitted the "construction of ski trails on slopes of Whiteface Mountain."[1]
