The New York Highway Construction on a Forest Preserve, Amendment 2, also known as Proposed Amendment No. 2, was on the ballot in New York on November 5, 1918, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure allowed for the construction of a highway from Saranac Lake to Long Lake to Old Forge.[1][2]
