The New York Highway on Forest Preserve Land, Amendment 2, also known as Proposed Amendment No. 2, was on the ballot in New York on November 3, 1959, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure related to the "interstate route highway on forest preserve lands, popularly referred to as 'Northway.'"[1]
