New York Legislative Bill Drafting Commission
The New York Legislative Bill Drafting Commission is a nonpartisan legislative service agency serving the members of the New York State Legislature. All legislative and fiscal research along with committee staffing is handled by the individual legislators staff.[1]

The Legislative Bill Drafting Commission is led by two commissioners, one for administration and operation. They oversee the day to day operations.[1]
