The New York Powers of the Legislature, Amendment 1, also known as Proposed Amendment No. 1, was on the ballot in New York on November 8, 1892, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. This amendment was related to the powers of both chambers of the legislature.[1]
