The New York Railroad Grade Crossings, Amendment 3, also known as Proposed Amendment No. 3, was on the ballot in New York on November 8, 1938, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This amendment was submitted by the constitutional convention. It eliminated railroad grade crossings.[1]
