The New York Redistricting of Assembly Districts, Amendment 3, also known as Proposed Amendment No. 3, was on the ballot in New York on November 2, 1943, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. This amendment was related to the "creation of assembly districts in counties to which have been apportioned a greater number of assemblymen than the number of towns in such county."[1]
