The New York Retired Judges on the Court of Appeals, Amendment 10, also known as Proposed Amendment No. 10, was on the ballot in New York on November 8, 1966, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. This measure would have amended Section 25 (b), Article 6 of the Constitution. It related to the "continued service in the court of appeals of a retired judge."[1]
