The New York Voting Registration for Military Members, Amendment 2, also known as Proposed Amendment No. 2, was on the ballot in New York on November 6, 1951, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This amendment was related to the exemption "requirement of personal registration voters in military service, inmates of certain veterans' bureau hospitals and certain members of their immediate families."[1]
