The New York judicial elections of 2010 consisted of a Primary Election on September 14, 2010 and a General Election on November 2, 2010.
Overview
The New York Supreme Court, the state's trial court, is the highest level of the judiciary elected in New York. Candidates to run for these seats were chosen at Judicial Conventions, held September 21-27, 2010.
