New circuit judge named for the 16th Judicial Circuit Court

West Virginia: On Friday, July 15, acting Governor Earl Ray Tomblin announced that Michael Aloi, a local attorney, will become the newest judge to the 16th Judicial Circuit Court. He will be replacing Marion County Judge Fred L. Fox, II, whose tenure is expiring at the end of July. Aloi is a founding partner of the law firm Manchin & Aloi, Attorneys at Law. Aloi has stated that he is very experienced in handling mediation cases and says he takes the appointed to a judicial office very seriously, adding that he believes the judiciary to be, "the most personal form of government."[1]
