SANTA CLARA, California: A newly-released environmental study about a proposal to move the San Francisco 49ers Stadium to Santa Clara showed concerns that some are raising about the project:
- The Bay Area Air Quality Management District expressed concerns about greenhouse gasses and dust emitted during construction.
- The Santa Clara County Water District is concerned about the impact on bridges and levees, and wants more information.
- Residents in the area near the proposed stadium fear "the value of their homes will plummet."[1]
- "Just about every agency within earshot of Santa Clara City Hall said they were concerned about traffic, traffic and more traffic."[1]
