New federal magistrate judge selected for New Hampshire Court

Concord, New Hampshire: Landya Boyer McCafferty was appointed to replace James Muirhead on the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire. She will take office in the spring of 2010, when Muirhead retires. She currently serves on the New Hampshire Supreme Court’s Committee on Professional Conduct as disciplinary counsel.[1]
