Idaho: Magistrate Jayme Beaber Sullivan took office on July 9th in the Idaho 3rd Judicial District. Sullivan was appointed to the court in late May to succeed Robert M. Taisey.[1]

Sullivan has spent eleven years in private practice, six with Wiebe & Fouser, P.A. and five with Coffel & Beaber, P.C. Prior to that, she received her undergraduate and legal degrees from the University of New Mexico.[1]

Following appointment, magistrates in Idaho serve an initial eighteen-month term. If that is successful, next the judge serves a full four-year term.[2]
