New poll shows I-1033 with a lead, many undecided

OLYMPIA, Washington: With a month to go before the November 3, 2009 vote, a new poll by KING5/SurveyUSA indicates that the "Yes on I-1033" side is leading by 3% points, with 22% of those surveyed undecided.[1]
The survey included 1,050 adults and was taken between October 3-October 5.[2]
