A Newton Township Fire Levy Increase question was on the November 6, 2012, election ballot in Trumbull County, which is in Ohio.

If approved, this question authorizes the Township of Newton to impose a property tax levy of 1 mill ($1 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for a continuing period of time in order to fund fire protection services in the Township. This tax consists of a replacement of a prior 0.5 mill levy and increase of 0.5 mills.[1]
