Nichelle Davis is running for a seat on Cobb County's Board of Education, to represent Post 6. She wants to leverage her expertise from her time in the classroom and her insights as an educational entrepreneur to improve student outcomes in Cobb County public schools. Nichelle currently works as the Manager of Operations for an education nonprofit that focuses on helping students access, afford, and earn postsecondary credentials. She also founded ImpactED Solutions, LLC, a tutoring company that provides learning experiences for K-12 students that are tailored to meet their needs and maximize their academic success. With a professional background rooted in education and community engagement, Nichelle Davis is an ardent advocate for improved outcomes for students and communities through increased educational opportunities, equitable access to resources, and the engagement of all stakeholders to advocate for services, policies, and legislation that uplifts marginalized students and communities.

• Expand student learning opportunities and experiences by innovating literacy education programs to improve reading scores by 3rd grade, increase diverse learning experiences for students, and address learning loss due to the pandemic.

• Ensure sound fiscal responsibility and budget management through committing to include data and research in all fiscal decisions, and advocating for two-way, transparent fiscal management.
