Nicholas Caleb
Nicholas Caleb was a 2014 candidate for Position 3 of the Portland City Council.
Caleb announced in March 2015 that he would challenge incumbent Steve Novick for the Position 4 seat in the 2016 election, but he withdrew his unofficial candidacy in July 2015.[1][2]

Elections for the city council of Portland, Oregon took place on May 20, 2014. Incumbent Dan Saltzman defeated Joe Meyer, Nicholas Caleb and Leah Dumas for the Position 3 seat.[3][4][5]
