I am a husband, father, and small business owner. I am running for office to bring some accountability to government. I promise to thoroughly review every piece of legislation that comes into the house. I will vote against anything that results in increased taxes. I will vote against any bill that infringes upon your God given rights.

I love New Jersey and want to provide the best representation they have ever received. On my first day in Washington I will show up with a briefcase full of one page legislation. These bills will be custom tailored to reduce taxes and undo tyranny.

My campaign focuses are to reduce taxes, restore freedom, and stop inflation.

America needs representatives focused on stopping the fleecing of working families. I’m offering fresh leadership in Washington. I am a candidate with the passion, fortitude, and the energy to fulfill these promises. My plan offers the best vision and policies for all Americans. My message is Constitutional Common Sense. Everything is fixable.
Two main parts to my campaign:

1. Reduce Taxes
2. Restore Freedom
I am asking residents of my district what federal taxes they would like to have cut. My team will review federal spending line item by line item. We are going to find the wastefulness and end it. It is going to be a long process but one I look forward to. Taxpayers have paid too much for too long.
I know a-lot of candidates have talked about doing this and none ever have. The only way I can convince you I will be any different is because I am doing a-lot different. I am running a completely unfunded campaign and not accepting fiscal contributions. Nobody's hand is in my pocket.
Statesman should lead our government, not career politicians. Representatives should be best at representing the people in their state not big corporate interests.
I am forming an action team to reduce taxes by rewriting the bills that imposed the taxes. This is the best way to reverse the taxes and spending at their root.

Restoring Freedom is the process of un-obstructing the Constitution. The United States Constitution is a timeless capsule of freedom. It was set forth by some of the greatest patriots this world has ever seen. James Madison, a massive contributor read everything he could in many languages on every society that had ever existed without a Monarch. These men deliberated through every word with excruciating attention to detail. They did this to ensure inalienable rights from God could be had by all Americans.
I look up to my Grandfather, he had many heroic and notable achievements through his life including being a ball turret gunner under a B-17 bomber. I would like to follow his example because he honored his marriage, he always tried to put a smile on people's faces, and he taught me everything he could. The next generation is the mot important investment.
The Constitution of The United States, The Bill of Rights, and Jesus Christ's Sermon on the Mount.
Honesty, integrity, doing what is right by the guidelines of The Constitution of The United States, The Bill of Rights, and the will of the citizens in your district.
I am Honest, I have Integrity, I have wholesome American Values, I have love for all mankind, I have compassion for animals. I am an Eaglescout. I am a husband, a Father, & an American.
You must be willing to work hard and stand up for what is right rather than go with the flow. Most importantly truly read, decipher, and interpret what you are voting on. Show up.
I would like to reduce the tax burden for my fellow citizens and restore The Constitution of The United States by clearing away the legislation that encumbrances it.
I can remember being three years old and a space shuttle taking off from Kennedy Space Center.
My first job was working at my Aunt & Uncles Pet Shop. I worked there from an early age until I went off to college at Monmouth University. Some weekends I would come home from college to continue working at the Pet Shop. I love my Aunt and Uncle very much. They taught me the value of the dollar. I began petitioning when I was about six years old. I would stand outside the shop and ask customers to tell my Aunt and Uncle to give me a job. Eventually they did and it was a great thing because it gave me some financial independence and helped keep me out of trouble through my High School years. Like Ronald Reagan said 'The best social program is a job.'
Zen & The Art of Motorcycle Maintenance. It is a masterwork of problem solving with solution driven focus. The philosophy is a narrative story and a how to guide of overcoming both physical and psychological trials and tribulations.
Santa Clause, he brings so much joy to the children.
I see no problems but only solutions. I have worked very hard to pay off my student loans. I have dealt with traumatic loss and found forgiveness.
The U.S. House of Representatives possesses the quality to represent States and Districts in the greatest way possible. It is the largest Federal governing body. I think it should be creating the best blend for what this nation wants but it is not and that is one of the reasons I am running.
Inflation and division. We must stop inflation and prove to be indivisible as Americans.
It has been the easy route for politicians who have taken the easy route for too long. I will not compromise on my decision to Reduce Taxes and Restore Freedom.

Campaign website

Catucci's campaign website stated the following:

Reduce Taxes

How do we reduce taxes? First we need to prevent legislation that further increases taxes! I vow to vote against every bill that involves creating or increasing a tax. My goal is to create simple and indisputable legislation that will lower and remove existing taxes.

This country is wasteful with your money. Our nation squanders what we give them and often cannot take more of it fast enough. Then they arrange to print more of it without the means to back it up. This devalues the money you have left. But don't forget they still need more of your money too!

It is possible to tighten the nation's belt strap, cut spending, and pass the savings on to the taxpayers. We have to stop reaching into the pockets of citizens. We need accountability in government.

The numbers are unclear as we see big discrepancies from different sources but it appears as though roughly half of Americans pay federal taxes. My plan is to revive industry though the creation of new jobs - it is the most America first thing imaginable. Stop paying our adversaries, start paying our people. Do it here, make it here, American made - Let's have pride in our nation and invest in ourselves.

Restore Freedom

It is the responsibility of this nation's representatives to act under the United States Constitution. The Constitution is not an opinion piece, it is a guiding text designed to keep our government honest in order to maintain the world’s greatest nation. It is a timeless capsule of freedom created by our country’s greatest patriots. James Madison was a major contributor to the Constitution. To do so, he researched every society that existed without a monarch. This was a carefully crafted and well-thought-out set of guidelines for our country. All to ensure the protection of the inalienable rights bestowed upon us by our Creator.

But alas, as Benjamin Franklin stated, “This Nation is a child of fortune”. What will we do with the freedoms gifted to us by the founding fathers?

I will never vote in support of a bill that infringes upon your God-given rights. You may be thinking, but how could he make such a claim? Bills of enormous proportions get rushed through Congress all the time. The Omnibus was 5,593 pages.

Well, as a Congressman those bills will not get passed me. I will read these bills aloud until I am the last person standing in The House of Representatives.

Bills like the Omnibus will never make it to the President's desk when I am in Congress. Bills like that will and should never be the President's problem. Trump was forced into a corner with the Omnibus. If he did not pass it, the military would have shut down. It is unethical to force the President to sign something impossible to read in the time frame. Therefore, I plan to present legislation that will limit the length of a bill.

Everything is fixable. We can rewrite and reverse the unfair taxing, regulations, and spending.

I will restore the power of the U.S. Constitution by clearing away the legislation that obstructs it.

I am assembling an action team to do the work. We are going to analyze the current legislation and introduce bills that will benefit the taxpayers. We can do this! We will document our process and thereby provide a way for future generations to do the same, if it ever again becomes necessary to do so.

We are going to rewrite the legislation that took away the freedom, and bring the freedom back. We are going to reinstate the American Dream on the House floor.

I'm not hiding my intentions. I want my constituents to be part of the process. If you have ideas, reach out via the contact tab on this website!

I'm going to Washington to work. Not to rob, cheat, and worsen the living conditions for my fellow Americans.

I'm here for you, I'm doing this for us!

Stop Inflation

At the time of the 2nd World War Hitler had a plan to crash the American Economy. He was going to print tons of U.S. Dollars and pour them into our country. The United States itself has now printed more fiat currency than Hitler ever could have.

The process of stopping inflation is simple at the surface. We must stop attempting to solve our problems by printing money. What I bring to government is accountability. Our resources are being squandered and we need to figure out where. It is the same thing needed at the State and Federal level:

-Go through the spending line item by line item.

-Determine what we need.

-See what can go.

It is in vogue to announce that our national debt has surpassed 30 trillion dollars. Unfortunately that tally does not account for our total debt of over 86 Trillion dollars. We can work together as a nation to rectify this. It starts with cutting spending, and stopping printing. Then we can decide how to levy our resources in a responsible way and pay off debt.[3]
