Campaign themes

2017

Ignacio’s campaign website highlighted the following issues:

I will not allow us to be forced to go broke anymore by spending money on people who are not here legally!
We must take care of our schools, public safety, and so many other people and places that need funding. My family came here long ago, the proper and legal way, eagerly assimilated, and worked hard and contributed. I expect nothing less from anyone else coming here. I will protect our state by helping to enforce the law.

I will protect and strengthen the second Amendment.
This is critical as our rights are always under attack. This right protects not just us and our loved ones, but all other rights.

I will protect the Sanctity of all life.
This is huge and extends to all life, especially the unborn. Although I strongly support hunting rights (and eat lots of meat), I will also protect all domesticated animals and pets as God called us to be good shepherds and care takers. Christianity if huge to me, and it guides me in everything I do.[2]
