Nick Kuntz

Nick Kuntz was a judge on the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas Juvenile Division in Dayton, Ohio. He joined the court in 1994.[1] He passed away in May 2018.[2]
Education
Kuntz received his undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton in 1965 and his J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1973.[1]
Career
Prior to becoming a judge, Kuntz held various positions at the Juvenile Court, including referee, legal director, and court administrator. He also worked in the Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office.[1]
2012 election
Kuntz defeated Jeffery Scott Rezabek and C. Ralph Wilcoxson, II in the general election on November 6, winning 55.76% of the vote.[3][4]
