Nicole Fox
Nicole B. Fox is a former Republican member of the Nebraska State Senate, representing District 7 from 2015 to 2017.[1] She was first appointed to the chamber on August 18, 2015, to replace Jeremy Nordquist (D), who resigned to become chief of staff for U.S. Rep. Brad Ashford (D).[2]
Biography
Fox earned her B.S. in food and nutrition dietetics from Iowa State University. Her professional experience includes working as a nutrition therapist at Nebraska Medicine and as an adjunct instructor at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.[3]
