Nicole Frethem
Nicole Frethem was a member of the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners in Minnesota, representing District 1. She assumed office on November 20, 2019. She left office on January 4, 2025.
Frethem ran for re-election to the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners to represent District 1 in Minnesota. She won in the general election on November 3, 2020.

Biography
Frethem was born in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota. She earned a bachelor's degree from Hamline University in 2005 and a master's degree from Concordia University in 2009. Her career experience includes working as a supervisor of the Child Care Assistance Program for the Minnesota Department of Human Services. She previously served as a policy analyst and specialist prior to her promotion as supervisor. She has also worked as a child care center director, literacy coach, and adjunct faculty in the academic sector.[1]
